Good News, Bad News

The Good News: Nathan Fillion has a new movie coming out! The quirky actor who played the beloved Captain Mal Reynolds on everyone's favorite cancelled sci-fi show "Firefly" has what appears to be a starring role in the new psuedo-horror film Slither. (I'll be holding a seminar next week on how to write expositional run-on sentences.) This is good news for those of us who enjoyed his tongue-in-cheek, shoot-from-the-hip, flippant style and delivery. That style appears to live on in this latest role, in fact, it kind of looks like they've just transplanted Mal into a different movie and put him in a cop uniform.

The Bad News: The movie appears to be a bit crap.

Check out the trailer here.
