Yeah, being the good guy fucking sucks.

Has there ever been something you really really wanted to do, but for the sake of prudence you didn't do it? Yeah, I'm the fucking king of that. Something I want to do every goddam day and I don't do it because it would just be a bad idea. I think a lot of you probably know what I'm talking about. Tonight it was especially purturburant. (yeah, I know it's not really a word but it sounds good.) I put up with some truly whack shit tonight and then I got blown off and shut down like a non-union worker looking for benefits. It's embarrassing, humiliating, and fucking hurtful. It's goddam fucking hurtful. It's times like this when I really believe that the nice guys will always always always finish last, no matter what or how hopeful you or I might be to the contrary. It doesn't matter if the glass is half full or half empty, just smash the fucking thing. You'll be better off in the long run.
